3. Fees Service fees are displayed before a transaction. By continuing, you agree to those fees together with applicable network and protocol fees.

4. Risk Crypto asset transactions carry high risk, including price volatility, liquidity risk, smart contract risk, and network risk. You may lose some or all of the asset value.

5. Availability The service may change, be interrupted, or be discontinued without notice. We do not guarantee uninterrupted availability or the accuracy of third-party data.

6. Limitation of liability To the extent permitted by law, IDSWAP is not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential losses arising from use of the service.

7. Changes We may update these terms. The latest version is always available on this page with an update date.

8. Governing law These terms are interpreted under the laws applicable in the Republic of Indonesia, without limiting mandatory consumer protections.
