FAQ

Frequently asked questions

Short answers about swaps, fees, security, and support.

Does IDSWAP hold my funds?
No. IDSWAP is non-custodial. Funds stay in your wallet and every transaction is signed by you. We never ask for a seed phrase or private key.
Where do swap prices come from?
Quotes are gathered from many decentralized liquidity sources. IDSWAP selects the best available route for your pair and network.
How much is the IDSWAP service fee?
The current service fee is 0.25 and is already included in the quote. Network gas is paid separately to the network.
Which networks are supported?
Ethereum, Base, Arbitrum One, Optimism, Polygon, BNB Chain, Unichain, Avalanche, Blast, and Zora. The active list is always shown on the swap card.
Why did my transaction fail?
Common causes are tight slippage, insufficient gas balance, or an expired quote. Refresh the quote, ensure gas balance, and set a reasonable slippage tolerance.
Do I need an account?
No. There is no signup, email, or KYC to swap. Your wallet is your identity.
How does IDSWAP protect my data?
We minimize stored data, protect sensitive values with encryption, and store IP addresses as keyed hashes. Details are on the privacy and security pages.
Can I use IDSWAP on mobile?
Yes. The interface is responsive and feels like a mobile app. You can open it in the browser inside a wallet app that supports WalletConnect or an injected provider.
Can the service fee change?
The service fee may be reviewed from time to time and is always shown clearly in the summary before you sign. Changes do not apply retroactively to confirmed transactions.
How do I contact support?
Use the contact form on the site. We never contact you first asking for a seed phrase or sending wallet recovery links.
